• Renovations and additions for this home located in historic Eastport outside of Annapolis, Maryland made sure that the rear addition blended into the community. The main house and wrap around porch were maintained and repaired, while a rear addition was added to increase first floor family room space and bedroom space on the second floor. It was important for us to maintain the older historic context of the home on the street side of the property, while creating the needed space to the rear of the home. Out intent was to design an addition that did not look like one.
