• Not wanting to completely tear down the entire home, the entire left side of the house remained in tact. The main portion of the house and the garage were removed, and the new home was built off the existing foundation system. The new kitchen was designed to the front of the house and the new second floor staircase was hidden around the main fireplace. This allowed us to open up the rear of the house to overlook the beautiful 10 acre site..
