• This home was designed to fit on an extremely narrow infill lot. The existing grade of the lot sloped up to the rear and we had to make sure that the overall home did not appear to large in the front. There was no room for an attached garage, so we a one car garage was designed and place to the rear of the property. As the house is only 30 feet wide, we created a long house stacking the rooms front to back. Large openings with columns to help define each room allowed us to see through the house while maintaining formality.
