• Working on this renovation project in historic Takoma Park, Maryland, required us to carefully design our addition to the Secretary of Interior Standards for Historic Renovations. This wonderful Craftsman Style bungalow homes was in dire need of repair. The front and sides of the home were meticulously renovated by Overton Homes. Our addition added a large kitchen and family room space to the rear and increased attic space within the existing roof structure allowing us to create a master bedroom suite overlook a lush backyard.
