• Located in Bethesda, Maryland this home represents one of the many infill projects that we have designed for our clients. The existing house was built in the 1950's and located on a small corner lot. The homeowners needed a much larger house. With careful design, the use of different materials on the house, inclusion of a long porch, and multiple front gables on the main roof, we were able to keep the scale of the house to a minimum. As a result, the lot was maximized without overpowering the existing homes in the neighborhood.
