• This Rehoboth, Delaware community was developed to meet the needs of those looking for a secondary house. This series of homes was created with the master bedroom suite on the first floor and secondary bedrooms on the upper floor. Porch elements with standing metal seam roofs along with shake siding gives this community a beach feeling.
