The Oaks

• The Oaks at North Bethesda is an infill development where we designed a series of six homes for a local builder, Chase Communities. Each of the homes was designed with a French Provencal aesthetic, with brick on all four sides, articulated with precast concrete detailing. We then worked with the builder and homeowners to customize each house by adding options, including a finished lower level, and providing the builder with a separate set of construction documents for each customer.
