Scott H. Allen, President, is an AIA member and currently registered in Maryland, New Jersey,  and Delaware. His expansive knowledge of the International Residential Building Code (IRBC), as well as state model codes for Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware and Virginia and over 29 different jurisdictional codes in the states of Maryland and Pennsylvania, enables the firm to provide accurate, code compliant plans.
